All sales are final, if you wish to modify your order you may only be able to replace or add an item by sending a request at hello@winklerrybeauty.com.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns however if there are any issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@winklerrybeauty.com and we will gladly help you with your order.
We try our best to ship orders AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (business days do not include weekends and holidays!). WE WILL POST AN UPDATED TURNAROUND TIME HERE ON OUR WEBSITE AND ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA.
